This workshop offers an opportunity for you to further the knowledge and skills needed to analyse and accurately model business processes at the enterprise level as well as the detailed workflow level.
The workshop has been specifically structured by Admaks using a Hands-On-Training Approach covering all aspects of business process modelling by providing a building block approach to effectively analyse and depict processes to ensure that business process models accurately reflect reality. Business Process Model and Notation 2.0 (BPMN) is used throughout the workshop and the elements are explained at length using diagrams and process models.
The workshop is presented by Kenneth Sherry who is a Business Process Management Consultant with over 10 years experience in business processes. He supports and advises companies and organisations as well as providing training. Kenneth is the author of four books which cover many aspects of business process management.
